Google User Data
When you connect your Google account to AI Optimize, we request access to the
following Google user data, only to provide the features you enable:
Gmail (scope: gmail.modify) — to read, send, reply to, forward, and
organize your email within the platform (two-way email sync).Google Calendar (scopes: calendar.readonly, calendar.events) — to read
your calendars and availability, prevent scheduling conflicts, and create or
update booking events on your behalf.Basic profile (userinfo.email, userinfo.profile) — to identify the
connected Google account.
We access this data solely to deliver these features. We do not sell it, use it
for advertising, or use it to train AI/ML models. You can disconnect your Google
account at any time in My Profile — this revokes our access and deletes the
stored tokens — or revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Limited Use
AI Optimize's use and transfer to any other app of information received from
Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy
(https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including
the Limited Use requirements.
Meta Platform Data
Facebook & Instagram (Meta Platform) Data. When a business connects its Facebook Page or Instagram professional account to AI Optimize, we access and process, on that business's behalf and only for that business's own conversations: the content of messages exchange in Messenger and Instagram Direct, the sender's public profile name and photo, message timestamps and read receipts, and the Page/Instagram account identifiers and tokens needed to receive and send messages.
We use this data solely to display the conversations in the business's dashboard and to generate and send replies using the business's configured content. Message content may be processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies; it is not used to train models and is not sold. We retain this data only as long as the business keeps its account active, and the business can delete any conversation at any time from the dashboard. Access tokens are stored securely and are write-only from the browser.
To request deletion of Meta Platform data, contact privacy@aioptimizeconsulting.com; we will delete the relevant data and revoke stored tokens. This applies in addition to the deletion rights described above.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law.

Data Deletion - How to delete your data
You can request deletion of your data at any time:
In the app: delete any conversation directly from your dashboard (AI Meta SDR → Conversations → delete).
Full deletion: email privacy@aioptimizeconsulting.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the Facebook Page / Instagram account concerned. We delete the associated data and revoke stored access tokens within 30 days and confirm by email.
Disconnect anytime: remove AI Optimize from your Page/Instagram via Facebook Business Settings → Business Integrations, which stops all data access immediately.
Children's Privacy
AI Optimize is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
International Users
If you access our Services from outside Canada, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in Canada or other jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ.
We comply with applicable privacy regulations, including PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25, and apply GDPR-style principles where relevant.
SMS Communications & Consent
By providing your phone number through our website, forms, consultations, or other interactions, you consent to receive SMS or text messages from AI Optimize related to:
