Payments, Fees & Subscriptions

Certain Services require payment, including setup fees, recurring retainers, subscriptions, or performance-based fees.

By purchasing any Service, you authorize AI Optimize to charge your designated payment method.

• Prices may change with prior notice

• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing

• Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy or service agreement

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

AI-Powered Services Disclaimer

AI Optimize provides AI-powered systems, automation, and optimization services.

While we strive for accuracy, performance, and reliability:

• AI outputs are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be error-free

• Results depend on data quality, usage, and client implementation

• You are responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and approving outputs before use

AI Optimize does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance metrics unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

Data Usage & Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you consent to:

• The collection and processing of data necessary to deliver and improve our Services

• The use of anonymized or aggregated data to improve system performance and AI models

We do not sell personal data.

Third-Party Services

• Any damages or losses caused by third-party tools

Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

• Errors, delays, or interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services immediately ceases

• Outstanding fees remain payable

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Province of Québec, Canada & State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
