This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to install, use, and remove the Zoom integration within your AI Optimize LLC Dashboard.
1. Prerequisites
Before installing the integration, ensure you have:
An active AI Optimize LLC account
A valid Zoom account (Free or Pro)
2. Installing the Integration
To connect your Zoom account to your AI Optimize LLC Dashboard:
Log in to your AI Optimize LLC Dashboard.
Navigate to Settings → Integrations in the left sidebar.
Locate the Zoom integration card and click Connect Zoom.
You will be redirected to Zoom’s secure OAuth authorization page. Log in to your Zoom account if prompted.
Review the requested permissions (required to schedule and manage meetings), then click Allow.
Once authorized, you will automatically be redirected back to your dashboard. A confirmation message will indicate that the integration is active.

3. Usage
Automated Meeting Creation
The integration allows automatic creation of Zoom meetings directly from your scheduling workflows.
Steps:
Open the Calendar or Appointments page.
Select a preferred time slot or click New Appointment.
Enter the client details and appointment time.
Toggle Enable Zoom Meeting to ON.
Click Save.
Result:
A unique Zoom meeting link is automatically generated and stored in the appointment record. The Join URL can then be shared with participants.
Managing Scheduled Meetings
Updating an appointment automatically updates the corresponding Zoom meeting.
Deleting an appointment automatically cancels the associated Zoom meeting to keep your Zoom calendar synchronized.
4. Removing the Integration
You may disconnect the integration at any time using one of the following methods.
Method 1 — Via Dashboard
Log in to your AI Optimize LLC Dashboard.
Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
Locate the Zoom integration card and click Disconnect.
Confirm the disconnection.
Method 2 — Via Zoom Marketplace
Log in to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Go to Manage → Added Apps.
Select AI Optimize LLC Dashboard.
Click Remove.
Data Handling:
Disconnecting the integration stops all automated meeting synchronization.
Existing meetings remain in your Zoom account but will no longer be managed by the dashboard.
All OAuth authorization tokens are immediately revoked and permanently deleted from our secure storage.
5. Troubleshooting
If the integration does not function as expected:
Missing meeting links: Verify that the integration status shows Connected in your settings.
Authorization errors: Disconnect and reconnect the integration to refresh permissions.
Permission errors: Ensure all required authorization permissions were accepted during the Zoom authorization process.
