How it works
Three steps, and the first one is free. We look at your whole business, not only the thing you called us about, and show you what it is costing you in hours and money. Then we build the first system and hand it to you.
STEP ONE
We find where your time and money go
You walk us through how the work actually runs, not how the process document says it runs. We follow one job from first enquiry to paid invoice and mark every point where it waits on somebody, gets typed into a second system, or only moves because a person remembered. Then we put hours and dollars against each one. You get that back in writing whether or not you hire us.
THE AUDIT
What the audit costs you
Nothing at the moment. It costs you a conversation and enough access to see how the work actually runs. You get back a written picture of where the hours go, what they cost, and the three things worth fixing first. Most of what we find is not the thing you called us about.
STEP TWO
We build the first system
One process, built narrow, live as soon as it is safe to be. We start with the step costing you most and hand the reading and the judgement to AI, then route the result to whoever needs it next. Real work runs through it while you watch. The old way only stops once you are satisfied it holds.
SCOPE
What we will tell you not to build
If two people in your business describe a process differently, we say so and you settle that first. If a step should be deleted rather than automated, we say that too. A fast, reliable version of something that should not happen is the most expensive thing we could sell you, and it is the one thing we refuse to build.
STEP THREE
You own it and run it
Accounts, code and data in your name from the first day, not licensed back to you. You get a dashboard showing what it did, a written map of every automation, and an alert when something fails instead of silence. If you stopped working with us tomorrow, it would keep running.
